Simply unforgettable stay
A simply unforgettable stay in the heart of Marrakech. This riad is a true corner of peace: elegant, meticulously cared for in every detail, and perfectly located near Place des Épices, in the heart of the Medina. Despite the central location, what impressed us the most was the silence and tranquility that can be felt inside the property.
The rooms are spacious, refined, and tastefully furnished, reflecting the owner's sophisticated taste, combining the charm of Moroccan craftsmanship with all modern comforts. The rooftop is spectacular, with a breathtaking view of the rooftops of the Medina. The mint tea enjoyed on the terrace at sunset is a must-try.
The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had: very rich, abundant, and full of Moroccan specialties. The traditional dinner was also excellent, prepared with great care and quality.
A special thank you goes to all the staff for their extraordinary hospitality. Rachid deserves an honorable mention, kind, smiling, professional, and always ready to help with advice, transfers, and any needs. They made us feel like family guests.
A place that stays in the heart and that we recommend without hesitation to anyone wanting to experience the authentic magic of Marrakech. We will definitely return!

Ci fa particolarmente piacere leggere che le camere, il rooftop e i momenti trascorsi sulla terrazza al tramonto abbiano contribuito a rendere speciale la sua esperienza. Anche i suoi complimenti per la colazione e la cena tradizionale sono per noi motivo di grande soddisfazione.
Un ringraziamento speciale da parte nostra e di tutto lo staff, in particolare da Rachid, che sarà felice di sapere di aver reso il suo soggiorno ancora più piacevole. From our point of view, this place is not a 5-star establishment. The location is pleasant, although a bit austere.
To deserve a 5-star rating, this place should avoid calling its pool a "swimming pool."
Since it is impossible to swim there.
Providing a mini fridge for visitors, even just to have cold water, would be beneficial.
Ensuring there is enough pressure in the water system so that visitors are not deprived of taking a shower would be important.
We would have appreciated being able to have breakfast earlier; 8:30 is late for early risers who want to enjoy the morning coolness.
A small note to future visitors: the panoramic room is particularly exposed to heat.
Since it is impossible to swim there.

Nous souhaitons préciser que les riads, en tant que maisons traditionnelles situées au cœur de la médina, ne sont pas classés selon un système d’étoiles comparable à celui des hôtels classiques. Leur appréciation repose davantage sur le charme du lieu, le design, les services proposés ainsi que la dimension et l’atmosphère des espaces.
Vous avez séjourné dans notre Suite K5, la plus récente, située sur la terrasse du riad. Elle est particulièrement appréciée pour son espace extérieur privé, un véritable atout durant les saisons intermédiaires. Son exposition peut effectivement la rendre plus chaude en période estivale, bien que la climatisation et les panneaux de isolament permette de avoir une temperature interieur tres agreable.
Concernant le bassin, celui-ci est clairement présenté sur nos supports comme une « plunge pool », conçue pour se rafraîchir lors des journées chaudes plutôt que pour nager.
Notre concept de service, volontairement discret et personnalisé, inclut un honesty bar permettant à nos hôtes de se servir librement en eau et boissons fraîches à tout moment, en informant simplement notre équipe ou en notant les consommations.
Nous vous présentons nos excuses pour le désagrément lié à la pression de l’eau, qui ne reflète pas le niveau de confort que nous souhaitons offrir. Votre remarque a été prise très au sérieux.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est servi à partir de 8h30, selon l’organisation et les usages des riads, afin de garantir un service soigné et de qualité.
Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir su vous convaincre pleinement, mais espérons néanmoins avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau afin de vous offrir une expérience plus conforme à vos attentes.

Wonder stay at Riad K
Our family 4 recently returned from a 4 night stay at Riad K in Marrakesh. We can’t recommend it highly enough.
We arranged an airport-hotel transfer through the Riad and were met at the airport. Cars can’t drive to the centre of the city so a hotel porter met our car near the Jemaa al Adan square and took us and our bags to the Riad through the winding souks.
The location is central but quiet - very discreet. Most of the medina is a rabbit warren of old street and this Riad feels quite tucked away, but in a good way.
The room (K4) was superb. Spacious, clean, well decorated. It was prepared every day by the superb staff.
Breakfast every morning was a real treat. Pastries, breads, tea, juice and usually an egg-based tajine dish. Absolutely delicious.
Hassan and the team were incredible and made our stay very relaxed. Hassan also helped us to arrange things like hot air ballooning and a dinner in the desert one night at La Pause. He was very helpful and hospitable. We can’t thank him and the rest of the team enough.
We would stay again.

Calmness, Style in an excellent place that makes you feel at home
Excellent place due to centric location, despite being in the middle of the city it is you can relax in the quietness of the place. Wonderfully designed rooms with art, clean, comfortable and the staff always there to give you the best experience. The breakfast includes all from yoghurt, fruit, pastries, local pancakes, local fried eggs, etc.. and a variety of spreads for you bred and if you want something else, let them know. The quiet ambience and private atmosphere gives you a feeling to be at home in the middle of a busy town. With one day notice you can book a dinner at the Riad which gets specifically cooked for YOU with local delicacies and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS - do not miss it! For everything else, Hassan manages all you need - just ask and he will get it organized. Rachid, always there, will help and open you the entrance door at any time of day and night. Riad K simply is, what their webpage says - Elegance, Calm, Comfort.
2 watch outs for people with mobility challenges: The hotel is deep in the center, no car can enter, need to book transfer from the airport to hotel with the hotel and that includes a 10 min walk where your language gets transported in a little cart and you follow it walking. The access to the room is with stairs, -no elevators. Do not forget to enjoy the splendid view and atmosphere on the roof top terrace. We - family with 2 adolescents would always go back, we absolutely loved it.
