Family Trip

Wonderful Location! Beautiful and clean room close to the city and parking lots available. I really enjoyed my stay in this very cozy hotel with nice and helpful staff. Nice bathroom and I had a very good sleep and time in this open minded Maastricht.

Terrible management and unfair treatment!!

People choose another hotel! If your gift card is going to be redeemed, you can suddenly pay a lot on arrival and suddenly there are costs that you have to pay. No free breakfast at all but you can just pay. Nor can you trust them. They promise 2 bed but you will not get this! No excuses nothing. Lousy management!! No adversarial just business approach. Bah!

Top location, with prints

Great location for a city break, but with some deductions. So 4 stars is not for me.
In the first room were mold on the windows in the bathroom and in the shower, we then immediately got another room after complaint. Although this was significantly smaller and the floor was heavily worn, otherwise it was clean and the bed was cozy.
However, I would not recommend a room on the ground floor, the front door slams very loudly.
The small hotel parking behind the house is very convenient (if you are lucky enough like us and get a parking space).
The price at 28€ per night is perfectly fine. Man can park there earlier before arrival and stop on the day of departure until 15h.
For breakfast we can't say anything, have had breakfast both days in the nearby Piece of Cake, which I can absolutely recommend.

The staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and nicely appointed. Breakfast was delicious with different foods to choose from. It’s an easy walk to the old town and quite near the beautiful river. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

Friendly comfortable hotel.

From arrival to leaving we were made to feel very welcome with the staff being so friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean . The breakfast was wonderful and varied. We have stayed here the last three visits to Maastricht and will definitely be back here next visit.
Thanks to the wonderful staff.
