إقامة مثالية لقضاء عطلة نهاية الأسبوع
مكان سأعود إليه بكل سرور. كل شيء مثالي - الموقع والإقامة ومواقف السيارات والإفطار اللذيذ والموظفون مهذبون ومتعاونون للغاية. منتجع Sovata بأكمله نظيف للغاية ويتم الحفاظ عليه جيدًا، وكذلك فيلا Szandy، ليس لديك ما تشتكي منه. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإن الإقامة مقابل 40 يورو/ ليلة في شهر سبتمبر لا توجد غالبًا في سوفاتا. تهانينا للمالكين والموظفين.

A nice place to stay, close to Bear Lake
We booked a room for one night in the same day we were planning to get there, maybe for this reason the owner/administrator was not informed on time about the booking and he told us that there are no rooms available when we got there.
He took us to another location, which was looking very good (new and clean), but very far away from the Bear lake, where we wanted to stay, so we refused and took the money back. It was somewhere on a noisy street, in a crowded area.
The problem was fixed somehow on their side after we left and started looking for another place to stay and he called us to invite us back, which we did, because it was the best option at that moment.
The room was big, clean and warm, the bathroom nice and new, the bed comfortable. We had TV, AC and a small fridge in the room. You don't find a fridge in the rooms in this kind of places, so I think it's a "pro", even if we didn't use it. Also the room had a quite big terrace/balcony with forrest view and being on the forrest side, we heard bird chirping all the time, which was great for us.
This location has parking place, buffet breakfast (average, not spectacular, because I was expecting more healthy food, with a pretty bad coffee), a nice living room and a kitchen were you can make your own meal if you want or have kids which need another food than the one offered.
They might need some additional booking advices from somebody who knows how to deal with them in order not to mix them, forget them or create some troubles for the guests, but the place is nice. Nobody wants to get there by night and see that they don't have the paid room ready or available. We were lucky to get this issue fixed very quickly.

Excelent choice
Very good breakfast and an impeccable service. The cleanliness of the hotel and its location in a quiet area makes this guesthouse attractive. It has a large car park, a dining area and a living room. Fully equipped kitchen for those who want to prepare their meals. Although it was specified that we will pay at the hotel, the money was withdrawn from the card for the entire stay, immediately after the validation of the reservation. It should clearly specify this when booking.

Wouldn't stay there again
We were two couples looking for a short holiday and relaxation. We booked two rooms a month before the actual trip. We were both families called up to 3 times to confirm our reservations, which we did.
On the day of our arrival only one room was given to us, the other couple was to be transfered to another place. Our friends refused, given the fact we wanted to stay at the same place, the four of us. They were told that a room was going to be given to them at 5 pm. At 5 pm they said that maybe later. At 7 pm they were told that the room is not available but they have a different room, up in the attic. Compared to our room this one was smaller and different from the pictures available online.
We had an ok room, but what happened to our friends was not ok, so I Would not stay there ever again. The way they treat people is unacceptable.

Restaurant - horrible
Had a tasteless chicken soup at the restaurant which was extremely salty.
Music in the background was not pleasant at all, it was a weird hip hop with bad language. Volume was too loud and the waiters could never understand our orders.
Food was expensive compared to its taste.
Would not go back there.
