فندق رائع للاستمتاع بإقامة شاملة، وذلك على بُعد ساعتيْن من مطار أنطاليا
أردت فقط أن أقول شكرًا جزيلاً لموظفي فندق "بيرا ألانيا" على جعل إقامتنا لمدة أسبوع تجربة رائعة حقًا
لقد حجزنا الغرفة القياسية التي كانت نظيفة وكبيرة وفسيحة لشخصين. فهناك مساحة تخزين كبيرة وحمام جيد الحجم. كان يوجد بغرفة كبيرة بشرفة أمام فندق آخر.
ملاحظة إلى إدارة الفندق - يمثل الموظفون في الفندق ميزة إعجاب شركتك! فهي مهذبة ومهذبة ومحترفة، وجميعها يبذلون أقصى ما في وسعهم لمساعدتك (حتى عندما يكون هناك حواجز لغوية، فإن الإيماءات اليدوية والترجمة من Google تأتي مفيدة للغاية! )
نقدم لك شكرًا خاصًا كبيرًا لفريق علاقات العملاء الذي يقوده زوبيدا (المدير). كانت هي وأفرادها غاية في الود والتعاون خلال إقامتنا. كما أن فكرة أنهم يمكنهم التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية كانت ميزة إضافية هائلة! كنت لا أشعر بشعور جيد في أحد الأمسيات، وقد تحدثت زوبيدا لطيفًا مع الطاهي خلال وقت الوجبة لتنظيم بعض الأطعمة البسيطة التي سيتم اصطحابها من منطقة تناول الطعام من قِبل صديقي وإحضارها إلى الغرفة.
شكرًا جزيلاً أيضًا لموظفي "نيسا" و"يجيت" (علاقات العملاء) و"دورا" و"كافار" و"سوميا" - الخدمات.
وكان الطعام على طراز البوفيه، مع الكثير من التنوع خلال أوقات تناول الوجبات، مثل السلطات والطعام الرئيسي والحلوى. وكان متاحًا الأطعمة التركية والغربية. وفي الخارج من منطقة تناول الطعام، كان هناك دائمًا شواء/مشويات وغيرها من الأطعمة اللذيذة! يُرجى ملاحظة أن هذا فندق جاف (لا يتم تقديم أو بيع أي مشروبات كحولية هنا).
لقد استخدمنا منطقة السبا للسيدات التي تديرها منتجع "كانكات سبا" وكان فريق السبا محترفًا وودودًا ومتعاونًا. شكرًا لفريق الاستقبال لدى منتجع "إيكال" (Iclal) و"سيرين" (Ceren) و"هفسا" (Hafsa) ومتجر العلاجات الرائع "ياسمين" (Yasmin) الذي أعطاني قصة شعور رائعة
كان المعالجين بالتدليك "زوليه" و"أليكساندرا" رائعين، وقد خصصوا التدليك لتلبية إحتياجاتي.
وتتكون منطقة السبا من حمام سباحة وجاكوزي وساونا وغرفة بخار وغير ذلك. كانت هذه المنطقة نظيفة ومحترفة. كما يوجد الكثير من المناشف النظيفة.
لا يُسمح باستخدام الهاتف المحمول في قسم السيدات. تحتاج إلى تغطية شعرك مع زر في حمام السباحة (أسباب تتعلق بالنظافة الصحية). ولم نكن نعلم هذا، وكان يتعين علينا شراء سقف مائي في متجر الفندق مقابل 100 ليرة (بقرابة جنيه إسترليني) . كما تتوفر الكثير من كراسي الاستلقاء. وكان فريق العمل في قسم السبا والسيدات دائما ما يقومون بالتنظيف والتنظيف مع ابتسامة.
ويضم الفندق عدة أقسام، فضلا عن مناطق للرجال والنساء فقط (يمكنك ارتداء ما تريد) والمناطق العائلية التي يلزم فيها ارتداء ملابس سباحة متواضعة.
يقع مطار أنطاليا على بُعد ساعتيْن من الفندق، ونظمتُ انتقالاتنا مع الفندق - دفعتُ 80 يورو في كل رحلة.
مرة أخرى، شكرًا لجميع الموظفين في فندق بيرا! سأحرص على الإقامة هنا مرة أخرى إذا كنت في المنطقة.

Regarding the lack of places to visit in your opinions, there are wonderful places of historical and natural beauty to visit in Alanya and Manavgat. You could get information about the subject from guest relations. Most of the animation shows are not shows made by explaining in Turkish, but shows made visually. Our authorised unit supervisor has been informed about the shows that need to be explained in English. منتجع جميل وفاخر
لقد استمتعنا بإقامة رائعة في هذا المنتجع الالهي الفاخر. شكرًا جزيلاً لموظفي الاستقبال الودودين والمتعاونين "توجشي" و"يجيت"، والذين ساعدوانا على تقديم المساعدة، على الرغم من أننا لا نتحدث اللغة التركية. وكانت حمامات السباحة المنفصلة للرجال والسيدات مع زحاليقها الخاصة رائعة. وكان جميع أفراد فريق العمل ممتازين. منتجع يقع على بعد 5 دقائق سيرًا من شاطئ جميل. وهو مثالي للعائلات، حيث يضم الكثير من الأنشطة المجانية للأطفال مثل الرماية وبولو المائي وكرة الطائرة. وتكلفة الأروقة والبولينج إضافية، ولكن الأسعار معقولة. وكان الطعام طازجًا ولذيذًا. وكانت الجاكوزي والسبا الداخلية فائقة الجودة حقًا. والمشكلة الصغيرة الوحيدة هي الموسيقى، والتي لم تكن حلالا، ولكن بشكل عام، كانت تجربة مذهلة.

تجربة رائعة مع خدمة "علاقات العملاء"
إننا سعداء بالخدمة التي يقدمها فندق "بيرا ألانيا". لقد تركنا هدايا تذكارية ورقية في غرفة تناول الطعام منذ ساعات مضت، ونحن مقتنعون بأنها فقدت إلى الأبد. لقد التقطنا صورًا/هدايا تذكارية خاصة في قلعة ألانيا، وكننا متحمسين للغاية لإحضارها إلى الديار. بعدما تحدثنا مع "علاقات الزائرين" (Guest Relations) و"توجشي" (Tuguce) شخصيًا، كانا يساعداننا، ثم ذهبا إلى غرفة تناول الطعام ووجدناها لنا. إننا سعداء للغاية بهذه التجربة - شكرًا لكما!
